  • Have a Better Job Offer
A new job opportunity should offer long time positive impacts. If this offer just gives you temporary benefits, then you should hold on on your recent job until you find better job opportunity.

  • Unsuitable work hour
Several companies demand their employees to do overtime work hour and giving them big piles of work after normal working hours. There are people out there who can not stand with this work situation any longer because it takes away their time with their family. So, they choose to get out from the job.
